Since 2014, with passion and dedication, with respect for the land and its products, Micol Carraro has decided to devote himself to the production of extra virgin olive oil, personally looking after the 4000 or so indigenous Tuscan plants in the small village of Riotorto and the Venturina term.
He harvests and processes olives exclusively from his own groves. The secret of the oil's superior quality lies precisely in monitoring every stage of production, from the meticulous cultivation of the raw material to the packaging of the final product.
