Honey

La Ruche Catalane is run by my friend Toni Ollé.

Its honey comes from a couple of producers. They are real honey enthusiasts managing around 1200 hives of native bees located in different strategic points in Catalonia (Spain). Thanks to this, Miel Morató manages to offer a broad range of honey with different flavours.

At L'Atelier des Saisons, you will find a rigorous selection of honeys, including eucalyptus, orange blossom, lavender, rosemary and a few others.
