The Saridakis family is at the forefront of the production of ecologically produced Koroneiki single variety extra virgin olive oil on the island of Crete.
George Saridakis personally cultivates his family's traditional mountain olive groves with total respect for the environment and the tree that has nurtured them for generations.
"To achieve the best results, I practise organic farming, paying particular attention to the early harvesting of the olives and the production of the oil, which is cold-extracted using the most modern methods. The result is an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, rich in polyphenols, with a health claim (EU health claim 432/2012) and certification from the University of Athens School of Pharmacy. The end result is an olive oil that is rich in flavour and very low in acidity".
