Escalivada is a mix of peppers, aubergines and onions roasted over an olive wood fire. Impregnated with this smoke, they take on a very special flavour and exquisite texture. Their preservation is guaranteed by Mi Olivo Empeltre Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Escalivada contains no salt, sugar, preservatives or gluten.
