Oro di Milas extra virgin olive oil is produced from olives of the Memecik variety grown organically in the Milas mountains in Turkey. The olives are picked in the morning and cold-extracted in the afternoon.

FLAVOURS: This oil is fruity green with an intense aroma of green olives and freshly cut grass. Secondary aromas: tomato leaf, green apple, almond and aromatic country herbs. Balanced bitterness and spiciness with a very pleasant aftertaste.
