Terms of Revocation

L’Atelier des Saisons does not accept returns of food products. You may cancel your order by sending an email to contact@latelierdessaisons.ch before receiving our order confirmation email.

For non-food products, you have a period of 7 days (starting from the receipt of the items) to verify their good condition. In case of exchange or refund, please return the products (at your expense) within 7 days in their original packaging and with the same protection as that in which you received them, to the following address: Elia Fuster Rius Rue de la Riaz 20 1026 Echandens. Should you exercise your right of withdrawal, L’Atelier des Saisons/Elia Fuster Rius undertakes to refund the sums paid by the customer free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the returned goods.

To preserve the right of withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your declaration regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

In all cases, we advise you to contact us to find the best solution, whether for canceling your order, returning it, or receiving broken or damaged products.
