Roasted Vegetables - Mi Huerto

It's not all about oil! L’Atelier des Saisons offers you a selection of products from Mi Huerto. This social project was created in Alacón (Bajo Aragón, Spain) by the founders of Mi Olivo. The project helps to bring life back to abandoned fields and offers agrarian outlets to people at risk of social exclusion.

The fresh vegetables are transformed into roasted vegetables and then preserved in Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Mi Olivo. This combination guarantees excellent toppings for a range of healthy recipes.

I highly recommend the leeks and artichokes roasted over an olive wood fire, a MUST in Mediterranean cuisine
