General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of products and services offered on the website www.latelierdessaisons.ch

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered are mainly premium extra virgin olive oils and related food products. Descriptions are provided with the utmost care, but may show slight variations due to the artisanal nature of the products.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all taxes where applicable.

L’Atelier des Saisons reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

Orders are placed via the website. Any order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the methods offered on the website (bank card, online payment solutions).

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made mainly in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Delivery times are indicative. L’Atelier des Saisons cannot be held liable for delays attributable to carriers.

The customer assumes responsibility for the products once delivered. Neither L’Atelier des Saisons nor the carrier shall be liable in the event of parcel theft.

7. Right of return and foodstuffs

In accordance with Swiss law, opened or unsealed foodstuffs cannot be taken back. L’Atelier des Saisons does not take back foodstuffs in order to avoid handling or possible contamination.

Any product that is defective or damaged during transport must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

8. Liability

L’Atelier des Saisons’ liability is limited to proven direct damages, to the exclusion of any indirect damages.

9. Events and tastings

Registrations for tastings and events are binding. Cancellation terms are specified at the time of registration.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is that of the publisher’s registered place of business, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
