My love story with olive oil began when, as a little girl, I helped my father pick the olives from our olive trees and take them to the mill to obtain oil for the whole year. I also liked it when my mother added a drizzle of olive oil to my soup: I loved watching the little droplets of oil dance in my bowl. A good \u201cp\u00e0 amb tom\u00e0quet\u201d, a salad, or a slice of bread generously drizzled with olive oil have been part of my Mediterranean culinary culture.<\/p>\n
Once I arrived in Switzerland, it was very difficult for me to find an oil that met my expectations.<\/p>\n
